3rd time working with Cash and his team. This means we trust him! He knows what he is doing and he does it in the most professional way! The best thing about Cash is that he works closely with the mortgage company and if any of them need to know a detailed information, they directly contact each other and I didn't have to act as a mediator! He never pushed me to purchase a property, unlike some agents that try to push you purchase the first thing they show you! Me and my wife were first-time home buyers with one child, and Neill was a great REALTOR. He helped us with everything - extremely hardworking and available when we were able to look at many houses, and ultimately we found the perfect house. I really do not like most REALTORS, as they babysit listings, hoping another agent actually sells the property! Katie Patterson has caused me to reconsider my harsh stance. Not only did she do an excellent job on the listing side (which I would have expected), she also found the buyer. The result: the purchaser is within walking distance of other family members.
